We are now back open to the public, although we have put some measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
Online orders for delivery or 'click-and-collect' are operating as normal, and this is a safe and efficient way to get what you need easily. It is important to note that our carrier, ParcelForce, has suspended its delivery guarantee. We have therefore removed our guaranteed Next-Day delivery option, although the majority of our deliveries are still sent on the next-day service.
STORE OPENING HOURS
Counter Sales: for purchasing, 'click-and-collect', and leaving goods for servicing, you can attend between 12-noon and 3pm Mon-Fri, and 11am-3pm on a Saturday.
Testing products and browsing: we are operating on an appointment basis in order to manage demand and ensure products are cleaned. Depending on availability, there may be free slots available when you attend even if you haven't booked, but we cannot guarantee that.
SERVICING & TUITION
Servicing of instruments: this continues as normal, but we ask that all instruments be brought in an outer bag or case so that we can disinfect. We are also only beginning work after three waiting days in order to quarantine the instrument.
Lessons: many of the tutors have returned to teach 1-to-1 with additional social distancing measures in place. Where possible we ask that lessons are paid on the website in advance, and in any case, we can only accept payments in person by card and for block bookings. For the latest status of our lesson provision, please consult your tutor directly as they will be able to advise.
